When the RX-78-2 Gundam needed more than a pilot could provide, the Earth Federation answered with the G-Fighter — a transformable mobile armor engineered to amplify the Gundam's combat potential beyond its limits. Dock them together and you have one of the most iconic combined forms in Universal Century history: the G-Armor.

The G-Fighter splits into two distinct components — the Core Block and the Fighter — each capable of independent operation. The Core Block transforms into the Gundam's upper body unit, while the Fighter forms the lower booster section. Together they create the G-Armor configuration, fully compatible with the MG 1/100 RX-78-2 Gundam (sold separately).
