14-Day Return & Refund Policy for MetaLife
Thank you for shopping at MetaLife. Your satisfaction is essential to us. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase or simply change your mind, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we confirm your return request, you can send the item to the following address: MetaLife - 22 Exmouth Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland. AKL 1021 New Zealand.
Shipping
- If the return is due to a faulty product, MetaLife will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to the customer changing their mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- Refunds may take 2-3 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- In cases where the refund is initiated due to a change of mind and not a product issue, please note that a transaction fee is incurred by the platform, which is non-reversible. For refunds processed via credit card, a deduction of 2.5% of the refund amount will apply. For refunds processed via Afterpay, a deduction of 5% of the refund amount will apply.
