Dear valued players,

During the mold production phase of Rosado Star Lily, an unexpected issue occurred, resulting in delays to our production schedule. Although our team has been working tirelessly to resolve the problem, we unfortunately are unable to meet the original delivery timeline. We sincerely apologize for this setback — we acknowledge that we’ve fallen short of expectations, and we're truly sorry.

The production of Rosado Star Lily is now back on track, with all delays corrected and manufacturing operating at normal capacity again. Due to the large volume of orders, we plan to:

Start shipping in late September 2025, aiming to complete all deliveries by December.

As a token of our appreciation for your support and understanding, we are pleased to offer the following at no extra cost to all customers who have pre-ordered Rosado Star Lily:

  • Five bonus clear effect parts (Picture 3, 4)

  • Unlocked “Rosado Star Lily – Flame Dance Ver.” add-on parts

    Can I cancel a preorder?

    Yes! At any point before your preorder has been shipped, we can cancel and refund your preorder.

    Why has the arrival date changed/don't you have a specific arrival date?

    We will be updating the product pages as we receive more information from our suppliers so it really depends on them.

    Can I preorder more than one item at a time?

    Yes! Just be aware that your order won't be shipped until all items have arrived at the warehouse. 

    Can I get the in-stock items in my order shipped?

    If you've made an order that is still waiting on a pre-order item but you're keen to get the in-stock items now; there are two options:

    We can split your order for a $5.00 administration fee + any applicable shipping fees.

    We can cancel and refund your order and you can make the order again making sure to order the pre-order item separately.
